How much does shipping cost?

We provide free shipping.

How long do I have to wait before I receive my rug?

All items are shipped by Air through DHL from Casablanca. So the delivery time shouldn’t be more that 3 to 4 business days if you are in the US or Western Europe, and between 1 to 3 weeks if you live in Asia.

How will I know if my order has been shipped or not?

After placing your order, it would take us one to two business days maximum to ship it to you, after that, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

How do I take care of my rug?

It’s simple, just like taking care of any other regular rug, you just have to vacuum it, shake it outside to get rid of dust, and you can also wash it and dry it, and don’t forget to air it from time to time.

Can I return my rug?

If the rug is unused and is still in its original condition, you can return it within 14 days after the date you received it for a full refund. But you will be the one responsible for the return delivery costs. If the return is the result of our error, we will pay the return fees.

Can I cancel my order?

If the item is already shipped, then you can’t cancel it.

Can I change a purchased carpet?

Unfortunately, you can’t.

Is there something I can do if my Rug got ruined during shipping?

Yes, you can just contact us as soon as you receive it, and we will take full responsibility. You will get a full refund and we will also be responsible for the return fees.
